Client Advisor / Software Engineer

C L I E N T A D V I S O R / S O F T W A R E E N G I N E E R We are looking for a new colleague who feels equally comfortable talking with clients and writing code. We offer flexible working hours and a hybrid home/office setup. Our office is located in Seefeld, in the heart of Zurich. The current salary range is CHF 55,000–65,000 gross per year (80%). We are still in the startup phase, which means you will have the opportunity to work close to both the product and the people shaping it, with a direct influence on its development. Requirements

- You have experience programming web applications. - Knowledge of PHP / Laravel / JavaScript - You are fluent in German and English. - You enjoy communicating with both clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

- Advise organisations. - Shape bespoke systems. - Translate client needs into good software. - Contribute to the development of the in-house platform. - Contribute to the SaaS products the company builds itself. - Work on both bespoke software and long-term product development. - Work closely with the founders and the rest of the team. - Participate in a highly collaborative environment with short feedback loops, shared ownership, and an iterative development process.
