- Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using the Laravel framework.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager to understand project requirements and translate them into effective backend solutions.
- Feedback and Roadmap Alignment: Provide feedback on the product roadmap, working closely with product teams to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and define timelines.
- Customization and Innovation: Lead the customization of themes, plugins, and features based on client requirements, enhancing user experience and functionality.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrate a strong problem-solving attitude and a deep understanding of core OOP concepts.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver features.
- Experience:
- 6+ years of professional experience in PHP development, with a strong emphasis on the Laravel framework.
- Technical Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Laravel frameworks.
- Proven experience in developing large-scale Laravel applications.
- Strong understanding of MySQL databases.
- Knowledge of common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
- Experience with user authentication and authorization across multiple systems and environments.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, fostering a collaborative work environment.
