- Develop and maintain applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Build modern front-end interfaces with Tailwind CSS and Livewire.
- Design, manage and optimize MySQL databases.
- Contribute to software architecture and code quality.
- Write, test, debug and optimize code.
- Work with Git/Bitbucket, AWS and Filament.
- Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders.
- Support Agile development and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Coach developers and provide technical guidance when required.
- 7+ years of PHP experience.
- 7+ years of Laravel experience.
- 7+ years of MySQL database design and administration.
- Strong experience with Tailwind CSS and Livewire.
- Experience with Git/Bitbucket, AWS and Filament.
- Strong coding, testing and debugging skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience leading or coaching development teams is a plus.
- Dutch C2/native-level proficiency.
