At Profitroom, we deliver leading SaaS technology and marketing services to give hoteliers the tools to drive revenue, maximize direct bookings, and elevate guest experiences.

Software is easy to write now — AI writes plenty of it for you. What's still hard is making dozens of external systems that were never designed to talk to each other actually work together, reliably, at scale, across thousands of hotels. That's the job.

We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our Connectivity Team — the crew that builds and maintains the integrations connecting Profitroom to the outside world: channel managers, PMS systems, payment providers, and more.

🚀 What you'll own:

  • Integration Development: Implement new external integrations and extend existing ones with powerful new features.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to partner integrations.
  • Architecture & Quality: Design, develop, and maintain high code quality across the applications you own.
  • Best Practices: Apply — and proactively recommend — top-tier development practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Share knowledge, participate in technical trainings, and shape team standards.
  • Time Split: ~60% new feature development, ~40% support & maintenance.

🎯 What will help you succeed:

  • Core Stack: Solid experience with PHP, MySQL, and Git.
  • Modern Frameworks: Hands-on knowledge of Laravel or Symfony.
  • API Expertise: Experience working with both SOAP and REST APIs.
  • Testing & Tools: Confidence writing unit tests and familiarity with Docker.
  • AI-First Mindset: Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, or similar) in your daily workflow.
  • Languages: Professional fluency in Polish (C1) and English (B2).
  • Soft Skills: A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a natural drive to collaborate.

💰 What comes with the job:

Contract terms: B2B cooperation. Monthly compensation up to 15 600 PLN net, depending on experience and the agreed scope of services.

  • Remote-first collaboration model
  • International technology and product projects
  • Flexible project collaboration setup
  • Planned service breaks aligned with contract terms
  • Opportunity to collaborate with experienced product and technology teams
  • Opportunity to access selected knowledge-sharing initiatives

What are the stages of the recruitment process?

  • Interview with a Recruiter (30–40 min).
  • Culture & technical interview with the Team Leader and a Senior Developer (90 min).
  • Final interview with the Team Leader and Engineering Manager (30 min) - after successfully passing the technical stage.

🏢 About Us: Profitroom is a global leader in booking technology for premium hotels and resorts. Founded in 2008, we empower over 3,500 properties worldwide with cutting-edge SaaS solutions that maximize direct revenue.
