- Play a key role in developing business-critical software with direct commercial impact.
- Influence engineering standards, solution design and the adoption of AI-assisted delivery practices.
- Enjoy autonomy, variety and exposure to cloud infrastructure, APIs, integrations and modern development practices.
- Strong PHP development experience using Symfony, Laravel or a comparable modern framework.
- Solid JavaScript development skills.
- Experience designing and working with relational databases and SQL.
- Proven ability to turn business requirements into structured technical solutions.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools and reviewing generated code effectively.
- Strong debugging, testing and code review capabilities.
- Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
- Clear communication skills and experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to AWS, Linux, CI/CD pipelines or deployment automation would be advantageous.
- Experience maintaining or modernising established software platforms would be beneficial.
