· Product Design and Development:

  • Design, build, and maintain Audiebant's software products across the full stack.
  • Develop new features from concept through design, implementation, and release.
  • Enhance and evolve existing Audiebant products, improving performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions and propose well-reasoned, scalable solutions.

· Quality and Secure Engineering:

  • Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code that follows Audiebant's coding standards and SDLC.
  • Apply secure-by-design principles in line with Audiebant's ISO 27001 commitments.
  • Participate actively in peer code review, both giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Maintain automated test coverage and uphold the team's definition of done.

· Collaboration:

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, QA, and Customer Success to deliver the right outcomes.
  • Share knowledge across the team through pairing, technical discussion, and supporting colleagues' development.

· Documentation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Maintain clear, current technical documentation and decision records.
  • Contribute to improving team practices, tooling, and engineering standards.

Requirements

Do you have experience in PHP?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.

  • Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
  • Strong front-end development experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Solid experience designing and working with MySQL databases.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful and WebSocket APIs.
  • Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
  • Experience writing automated tests across the stack (unit and integration), using frameworks such as Pest, PHPUnit and Playwright.
  • Experience with Docker and containerisation.
  • Ability to write clean, high-quality, well-tested, maintainable, and high-performance code.
  • Solid knowledge of web security practices and implementation.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and scaling.
  • Familiarity with asynchronous and event-driven patterns, such as message brokers, Redis and job queues.
  • Exposure to integrating AI/ML capabilities, such as building MCP servers or working with LLM APIs.
  • Experience working in Linux environments, including Bash scripting.
  • Experience with Go or C# for integrated systems development.
