You'll design, build, and maintain services that power our core product, working across the stack from database to API to (occasionally) the front end. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience: 4-8+ years of professional software development experience, with PHP as a primary language.Skills:Strong proficiency in PHP and modern frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or similar).Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and query optimization.Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.Working familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).Comfortable with version control (Git), automated testing, and CI/CD practices.Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.Exposure to .NET/C# is a plus, given our small footprint of .NET applications; willingness to work in it as needed is important.Attributes:A pragmatic problem solver who balances speed with code quality.A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.Self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and staying current with technology.
